This policy explains how Appic Solutions ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use the FlowCoreOS website, web application and mobile apps (together, "FlowCoreOS").
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number and organisation details when you sign up or are invited.
- Business data: records you or your organisation enter into FlowCoreOS, such as transactions, inventory and reports.
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, IP address, and logs of how the app is used and when it crashes.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain and secure FlowCoreOS.
- To send service notifications, such as account, security and transaction emails.
- To fix problems and improve performance.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run FlowCoreOS, under contracts that require them to protect it. These include Microsoft Azure (hosting and storage) and Twilio SendGrid (email delivery). We may also disclose information when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to authorised staff.
Your rights and deleting your account
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. To delete your account and associated data, email support@flowcoreos.in from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days. Some records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Children
FlowCoreOS is a business tool and is not intended for children under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email.
